SURCHARGE POLICY:

  • Third person surcharge: (6-11 years old): 25% of the package price, (from 12 years old): 50% of the package price (including extra bed, breakfast, lunch and dinner).
  • Complementary for children under 6 years of age.
  • Complementary cradle for children under 2 years of age – depending on the availability andguest need).
  • 15% surcharge of package price on holidays.

RESERVATION POLICY:

  • Make a reservation in advance, at least 14 days (before arrival), depending on the resort’s room availability.
  • Do not accept the refund or cancellation.
  • The guest can change the reservation 1 time.
  • Services out of the promotion will be charged with normal fee.
  • 5% discount for 30-day earlier paid bookings.
  • 7% discount for 45-day earlier paid bookings.
  • This promotion does not run parallel with other promotions.
